Partner workout – 6 partner exercises for your abs

  1. Inchworm Hand Taps
  2. Partner Leg Throws
  3. High 6 Sit-Ups
  4. Boat Hold & Pass
  5. Partner Bicycle Crunches

Perform each exercise for 1 minute (30 seconds per partner if you need to switch). Rest at the end for 1-2 minutes and repeat, repeat, repeat until your abs can take no more! Don’t forget to give your partner a sweaty hug afterwards!
